Re-introducing: the Intrepid TORPEDO!

A 2-page Torpedo "origin" (more like an introduction to the character, actually) that I entered in the Bayan Knights contest they had last year. I lost. But it's all good. Though I hope to someday finally do a Torpedo story that isn't yet another origin/intro of some kind. It's getting repetitive, but I may have to do it at least one more time.
